Colors of Rajasthan Delhi tour is truly a colorful journey you will always cherish. Starting from Delhi you head for Agra after a city tour of Delhi. In Agra visit the worlds famed monument of love the Taj Mahal, the Red Fort, Qutub Minar, India Gate, Lakhsminarayan temple etc. From here a five hour drive is Jaipur and on the way you get to visit Fatehpur Sikri, Panch Mahal, and other famous palaces known for their architectural brilliance. In Jaipur you get to visit the Ajmer Fort, the famed Seeshmahal and of course a visit to the Maharaja Jai Singh Palace, the Observatory, and The Ram Niwas Garden from where you head for Ajmer a city venerated by the Muslims world over for the shrine of Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti and finally to Pushkar to visit the lake there and the Temple. The Colors of Rajasthan Delhi tour ends when from Mandwa you take the return drive back to Delhi.

Day 01: Arrive in Delhi

Arrive in Delhi where you would meet out representative who would assist you and drop you off at your hotel.

Day 02: A complete tour of Delhi

The rangeeli Rajasthan Trip starts with a Delhi tour. The first place to visit is the Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana which is the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru respectively. Then a visit to the largest mosque in India- Jama Masjid, a drive past Red Fort and a visit to the bustling streets of Chandni Chowk. An afternoon visit to the tallest Minar- Qutub Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate, and Lakshminarayan Temple will enthrall you. There will also be a drive past the presidential residence, parliament house, government secretarial buildings and the liveliest place for shopping in Delhi- the Connaught Place.

Day 03: Delhi to Agra

A four hour drive to Agra [210 kms] to visit the Taj Mahal built by Shah Jahan to commemorate the love for his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Later visit to the Agra fort and Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah built by the Empress Noorjahan.

Day 04: Agra to Jaipur

A long drive to Agra [280kms] which is a five hour drive. On the way you would be visiting Fatehpur Sikri which is 40kms away from Agra and built by Emperor Akbar. Visit the Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal and other Palaces to get lost in their beauty as well as architectural brilliance.

Day 05: Pink city tour

A morning visit to the historic capital of the state that is the Amer Fort and then a visit to the Sheesh Mahal, a dazzling place with various mirrors. The afternoon will be spent touring Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. A visit will be conducted for Maharaja Jai Singh’s City Palace, the Observatory and Ram Niwas garden who had built this pink city. A drive past Hawa Mahal and trough the pink rose residentials and business areas will be conducted.

Day 06: Jaipur to Ajmer/Pushkar

Drive for three hours to reach Ajmer [150 kms] and visit the shrine of Sufi saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti which is respected by both Hindus and Muslims. Drive to Pushkar [14 kms] later which is said to be the residence of Lord Brahma and visit the temple and the beautiful sacred Pushkar Lake lying to its west. Check into the hotel on arrival.

Day 07: Pushkar to Chittorgarh

Drive in the morning for five hours to Chittorgarh [200 kms], a city which boasts of a rich historical past through its various palaces, forts and temples. Check into the hotel on arrival and visit the pride of the Rajputana- the Chittorgarh Fort which occupies an area of 700 acres. Tour the Vijay Stambha, Rana Khumbha’s Palace, Padmini’s Palace, Kumbha shyam Temple, Kalika Mata temple, Government Museum, Kirti Stambh, Jaimal and Patta palaces and Meerabai Temple.

Day 08: Chittorgarh to Udaipur

Drive for three hours to Chittorgarh [120 kms] which is also known as the City of Lakes and has a rich historical past of courage. Check in at the hotel on arrival and spend the rest of the day relaxing.

Day 09: Udaipur

Start touring the city by visiting Saheliyon-ki-Bari which is the garden for the Queen’s maids of honor, Jagdish temple which is dedicated to Lord Vishnu, City Palace situated on the banks of Lake Pichchola and from there you can view the city and its surrounding area. You can spend the rest of the evening relaxing or engage in some other activities.

Day 10: Udaipur to Mount Abu

Take another five hour drive to Mount Abu and check in at the Hotel Hill town on arrival. Tour the various Jain temples and be amazed by their architectural designs which are made out of pure white marble. They take about five hours to view and then head to the sunset point to view the sunset.

Day 11: Mount Abu to Jodhpur

Drive for six to seven hours to Jodhpur [345 kms] after having breakfast and check in at the hotel on arrival. Tour the city which includes the beautiful Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswanthada, Clock Tower, Umaid Bhawan, Mandore/Mahamandir, Moti/Phool Mahal and Balsamand Lake.

Day 12: Jodhpur to Jaisalmer

Take a morning drive to Jaisalmer, the city of citadels, and check in at the hotel on arrival. You can spend the rest of the day relaxing or engage in some other activities.

Day 13: Jaisalmer

Day 14: Jaisalmer to Bikaner

Another seven hour morning drive to Bikaner [340 kms] which is considered to be like an oasis in the Thar Desert. Check in on arrival and spend the rest of the day in accordance to your wish.

Day 15: Bikaner to Mandawa

Tour of the city visiting places like Junagadh Fort which portrays its artistic architectural style and Bhand Sagar Temple which is a Jain temple. Drive for four hours to Mandawa [175 kms] and check in at the hotel on arrival.

Day 16: Mandawa to Delhi

Tour the small town of Mandawa situated in the Shekhavati region with its various Havellis and artistically appealing frescoes. The fort of Mandawa is a standalone in its aesthetic beauty among many Havellis and has an arched gateway which has paintings of Lord Krishna and his cows.
