Day 01: Delhi to Chandigarh
A pick up will arrive at your hotel at 08:00 A.M to travel to Chandigarh to start the tour of the Himachal and the land of five rivers and check into the hotel as soon as you arrive. You will be taken out to see Chandigarh at 02:00 P.M which includes Rock Garden, Sukhana Lake and Pinjore Garden.
Day 02: Chandigarh to Amritsar
Drive to Amritsar in the morning and check in at the hotel on arrival. Visit the Indo-Pak border as well as relive the tragedy of the Jallianwala Bagh in the afternoon. Visit the Golden temple in the evening and offer a prayer.
Day 03: Amritsar to Dharamsala
Drive to Dharamsala at 08:00 A.M in the morning for eight hours while viewing the beautiful Dhauladhar range on the way. Check in and relax for the evening or take in the beauty of your surroundings.
Day 04: Dharamsala
Start the tour of Dharamsala at 09:00 A.M which includes places like Dalai Lama’s village, also known as the Tibetan children’s village, McLeod Ganj area, Bhagsunth Temple, St. John’s Church, Dal Lake and Tahro- the highest point from where you can view the Dhauladhar range properly.
Day 05: Dharamsala to Manali
Start at 08:00 A.M to drive to Manali for seven hours to reach Manali by around 03:00 P.M. Stop at a Highway Motel to finish lunch while driving from Dharamsala to Manali. Once you have reached, check in at the hotel and the evening is free for you to relax. You can go for a stroll and explore your surroundings.
Day 06: Manali
At around 09:00 A.M, go out to tour the city of Manali which includes Hadimaba Devi Temple, Vashishth, Jagarsukh, Solang Valley which is a famous skiing and picnic spot and has the Rohtang pass nearby.
Day 07: Manali to Shimla
Take a morning drive to Shimla [270 kms] to reach by 1:00 P.M and on the way visit the Kullu. Check into the hotel in Shimla on arrival. You can relax for a while and then go out and walk down Mall road, a famous tourist hotspot.
Day 08: Shimla
At around 09:00 A.M, tour the town of Shimla which includes places like Indian Institute Of Advance Study which is popularly known as Viceroy’s Hall, Kufri- a popular place for panoramic view and skiing, Fagu, Jakhoo Hill, St. Michael’s Cathedral and the golf course- Naldhera.
Day 09: Shimla to Delhi
The tour of the Himachal and the land of the five rivers ends with the drive back to Delhi and with the drop off at the hotel or airport.
